I expanded my outdoor walking route by at least double. Did an exercise at 6 different corners.
1a. prowler +45 lbs (up and down the driveway)
1b. suitcase carry with 1 65 lb farmers handle (~50 feet one way)

1e. curl into overhead press 30’s x10

The first 2 rounds into the beginning of the 3rd I did non-stop. After that there were a few breaks. ![]()

I haven’t benched in months. I guess push-ups and high rep db floor press helps preserve some strength. There’s a powerlifting meet December 3rd I may sign up for. I probably shouldn’t because of my elbow and diastasis recti but I think I could break the NH/VT records for my division.
