prowler pushes +105x6 trips

Keeping the reps 20-50 (except for chins) with the rest periods short. It’s taken a while but I’m getting into the low weight high rep. But I do miss powerlifting.

My son was benching and needed a spot. So I worked out while he benched. He worked up to 410x1. He wants to break the RPS record of 425 raw classic in his weight class.

No, when you’re old you use a walker that has a place for sitting down when fatigued.
