Mini, kinda like I’m the weightlifting equipment whisperer.
It was a struggle tonight. I wheelbarrowed a bunch of loam/compost last evening. So my back was a little tender. I’m putting a lot into the garden this year. Good for my mental health.

My elbows have been aching so I really dropped the weight and slowed way down. 10 sec concentric, 5 sec negative. Stones and light arms tomorrow hopefully.

3 lat, front, rear raises and db shld press x2 sets
Each set follow by (normal speed) paused deadlift from 3’’ block
135x5 185x5 225x5 275x5 315x5 365x5
4 curl with empty barx3 high rep sets
Elbows feeling good with the slower reps. I paused the deadlifts just below the knees on the lowering. I may try pausing both at the up and down portions next deadlift workout.
