I’m liking the stone over bar lift. But I can’t wait to get outside and lift some natural stones.

Felt good to get outside. Most of the stones I carried weren’t too heavy.
Maybe not so heavy for immortals.
Stone over bar will get your heart thumping…I did those once…once being the key word!

Paul, your workouts make lifting a stone over a bar look easy.

I didn’t feel like carrying weights out of the basement so I rounded up 2 cement blocks. I think they weigh around 40 lbs each.

We (Denver) got more spring snow overnight…made me think of back east.
Hope your not to buried where your at.
Good training too, I dig the variations, random-ish work ect.
Eric, it’s been very mild here. 99% of the snow is gone. I may even start some cold weather garden plants soon.

The first 2-3 rounds there wasn’t much rest between sets. But the forth and fifth had a lot more rest between sets. I haven’t worked up a sweat like this in a long time.
Thats some good work right there!

I planned on working up to 9 and 10 reps with the 170 lb stone but didn’t have it in me. I played around with the 230 lb stone but my back didn’t want to stand up with it.
Normal guys cringe with a 230 stone…
