Not sure how much the chains and SSB add. I think 495 was super glued to the blocks. It didn’t want to move.

PG, we’ve collected a bunch of equipment over the years. But I sometimes more isn’t better. A bar and a few weights will get the job done. And I do think someone added weight to the bar when I wasn’t looking.

Nice set up. I never took the opportunity to train with chains, in my old gym; I should have.

Eric, in my opinion bands and chains are unnecessary. A bar and some plates get the job done. I find they help with boredom. And I didn’t realize I was in the picture until after I had downloaded it.

The ssb and box make squatting so comfortable and actually fun. I’m not sure I could do straight bar back squats without a box anymore.
