I’d count them. That’s like saying I’m not gonna count the calories in my whey shake. It’s a calorie goin in to the body.
Like you said, do NOT count any green vegetable like broccoli, spinach, cucumber, zucchini, etc… Other vegetables you SHOULD count (corn, carrots, potato) but I wouldn’t be eating those on the AD anyway, well maybe a few carrots.
nah i dont eat anything xcept broccoli, spinach, zucchini (every now and than), cauliflower.

Hey guys, I guess I am a little late for the party
I saw a question about fish oils and vegtables. I will answer it this way, I do not count kcals, instead I focus on nutrients.
If you are keeping track of kcals the kcals from fish oil would be added in but, if it puts you over I would not stress about it because the benefits far outweigh the kcals. Kcals from vegtables are not counted. Hope that is not too ambigious.

Thanks for the advice. I was stressing to be honest when I was trying to adjust my macros but I ended up just dealing with it and if I was a lil over than whatever. You comment was def needed though.
Things are going well so far. I have changed the routine to CT’s Fat destroyer. (My first week is done on Saturday after my circuit and steady state cardio) I feel good.
I really think the AD is kicking in and I feel that by the end of August I should be fully adjusted.
Did Heavy Quads and Hams today
A1Leg Press
superset
A2 Romanian Deads (5 x 4-6)
B1 Leg ext
superset
B2 leg curl (5 x 6-8)
Did some standing calf raises at the end
I also did some abs before the leg routine.
CT’s routine is a good one and you should get good results with it. Good luck, if you need anything PM me, I’ll try to stop by more regularly.
I had been putting the finishing touches on a diet I created and got it posted in Alpha along with a buch of info on insulin sensitivity. I am going to be starting it in the near future so we will see how it goes.
Anyways, you are really doing great as are the others you have helped with your thread! Keep up the great work!
You guys have inspired me to start the CT routine next week. I probably need to drop another 20lb (max) to get under 10% bf (I’m not 100% sure about the figure as I’ve never been under 10% before!). I think I have my diet right - just need to man-up and go through some serious pain in the gym. I’ll keep you posted. Cheers all.
Hey guys I just ordered a new protein, I am just about Finished with my Opt Nutrition Pro-Complex. Opt Pro-complex is a real good protein, BCAA’s, Glutamine…etc But I want the carbs down.

Tight - I’ve prety much copied your workout (above), with some minor tweaks - and one major one…don’t think I can handle the C3 circuit just yet. But cheers all the same. I feel slightly sick thinking about this…it’s gonna hurt hehe. Looking forward to it in a sadistic way though.
Saying that, the only concern I have is being able to do everything in order in my shitty gym. It’s full of nobs who do a 20 second set and sit there for 5 minutes while they ‘rest’. I may have to improvise some days. Gonna start Monday.
Anyone got any input on the Carbonated water at all? Cant find much in the way of if the flavored water causes problems with the CHO count. Because if it doesnt I might have found my problem solver for the sweets cravings.
The wife was drinking some store band water from a place called Safeway, not sure if you have one in your area if so go check it out. Flavors were pretty good also and it had citric acid and no maltodextrin in it.

That’s a good protein, I’m on my second jug of it and it mixes great and taste good (specially with the heavy cream). I have the chocolate milk one and just picked up the strawberry cream on e.
I lost 3lbs this week. Surprised, but chuffed. It’s the first week of my cut, so I expected a decent result. The CT workout should keep the flab moving I hope! ![]()

Yea man, the third circuit (C3) is optional so if you can’t get to it do not sweat it. Also if you throw in a different move b/c of gym time or people thats cool too. Just make sure it hits the bodypart you need to hit.

Thank you for letting me know about the protein. I am very skeptical to but 3lbs of something Inever tried. I went on another forum to see how the SCIFIT was but ur input has put me at ease. Thanks man.
I think for price it is the best WHEY ISOLATE you can but on the market right now. I researched a ton of them and lbs for lbs it has great protein, BCAA’s, and servings per container is great, If you are on the AD this stuff can really last long. I use two scoops on lifting days, right after lifting…
It will lower my carb intake be about 3g too…

I def read that guys were drinkin Crystal Light on the AD. If your not drinkin that but another I don’t see a problem but if you want to be completely safe go with the Crystal light. It tastes great too…

Well shit, I didn’t think you could drink crystal light. I didn’t want to chance it since it has maltodextrin in it. I just have a diet caffine free pepsi once a day, then water, tea and green tea the rest of the time.

tight, I do like the Pro Complex. I actaully got a small sample of all there products a while back. I liked the Pro Complex from the very start, it was chocolate and I hate chocolate protein mixes. I’m still using the first batch I use one scoop of that and one scoop of NO Whey to make my shakes, I shoot for 2 a day.
I jumped on the scale this week and am down 6 lbs, so things are going good.
