Are you going to do any seminars on this side of the line anytime soon? I have problems with traveling to Canada (ancient history), but I would really like to go to one of your seminars.

The proble with US seminars is that I simply cannot take time to organize them. It’s a lot of work, and me being in Canada doesn’t help when it comes to making local contacts, renting a local/gym, doing the publicity work etc.

If someone was to put a conference/seminar together and asked me to participate I would. However at this point in time I simply cannot oragnize one myself. [/quote]

CT,

You should get in touch with Ethan Reeve, the strength coach at Wake Forest University in North Carolina. He hosts a strength conference every year, I believe – see Jack Reape’s “Weekend of Strength” article here on T-mag. That kind of thing would be right up your alley.

I just watched Christian’s DVD on cluster training and I have to say his accent didn’t do it for me but his hot girlfriend definitley made those clusters more appealing!

It was an informative DVD specializing on cluster training. I will be adding some of the classic cluster methods to my training ASAP to see how I respond.

Christian, you mentioned how this method was adaptable and can be tinkered with in many ways. As I progress to the more advanced cluster methods, can I perform the clusters w/ bands as I don’t have a regular training partner?

The Q&A at the end of the DVD was a good way to wrap it and it answered some questions I had.

Looking forward to the next DVD on power training. Any time table as to when that would be released?

I just watched the DVD also. Very informative indeed, and my first exposure to the cluster techniques. My question for you, CT, is the training program outline in the video. Would you do the prescribed clusters for the exercises listed, and then add in accessory work as needed on each training day? What would be the perameters for the accessory work volume wise, given that the cluster training would be so demanding on the CNS?

I was curious if the discount has been discontinued. I would like to by the DVD but the discount code does not work anymore. In reality, $40 for the DVD is not a bad price, but I know the discount reduced the price by an appreciable amount. If it no longer exists, I will just pay the price, but could someone let me know. Thanks,

Jared

I watched the DVD yesterday and was very impressed by it. It did not just explain cluster training in great detail, it also provided info on CT’s training philosophy that can applied to anyones training for months and years to come. Overall it answered many Q’s that articles just can’t.

I thought the next one was going to be about hypertrophy training?..any news on when this will be available?

Thanks
Dan

I believe the discount period is over, FWIW.

Just giving this a well deserved bump after having watched it yesterday.

Great work CT, you big ole beast, you!

I feel like I have a secret weapon routine I can whip out at will. Just waiting for the right time in my training.

Again, very well done CT! I’m looking forward to the next one!

I’m curious about this as well. I’m assuming that it’s over though. Either way, I’m definitely still going to buy the DVD.

Is there any chance that there will be another discount period?
