The new T-Radio audio interview with Christian Thibaudeau is now up! See left side of page for player. Just scroll to “D-Tap 5” and open your ears!
Note: You may want to use the “stand alone” player option if you’re surfing the site while listening.
Note II: Not seeing the new interview? You may have to quit your browser and come back in to T-Nation or in other situations you may have to clear your cache and reload.
If you have any other problems, post in the Tech Support section of the site.
This was Matt’s response in the Tech Support Forum:
“Anytime we add these you will have to either quit your browser and come back in to T-Nation or in other situations you may have to clear your cache and reload. Flash is a finicky animal sometimes.”

I love these d-tap broadcasts…very valuable…
I’d like to see them available via MP3 Download, probably would lower your costs.
And maybe make them longer.
But really a great resource that seperates T-mag from the rest of the fitness and BB web.
I agree, both about the d-taps kicking ass and that they should be available as stand-alone downloads.
One of my biggest pet-peeves of website design is requiring the user to stream something. I do have broadband, but it’s a crappy 324kbps DSL line, and if I have a d-tap going and do anything else I get some choppiness. It must be a major pain for anyone with less bandwidth, and I would much rather download them and have my way with them.
The cluster DVD is awesome! Tons of good info, a big, bald, scary Canadian, and a hot, muscular, sexy Canadian all in one DVD. You’re going to need two hot assistants in your next DVD to top this one.
And no,I’m not talking about Berardi. I know how much love you T-mag guys have for him;) But maybe he’ll lend you one of his girlfriends for your next production.
When should we expect the next DVD? And are you going to offer the same discount the next time around?
CT’s Power Training DVD should be awesome. I miss his Olympic lifting articles. {A small tear runs down my cheek as I contemplate CT’s leaving Olympic lifting and entering that flashy world of bodybuilding.} Just kidding - I know CT has worked damn hard for his physique.
Rainjack - Definitely NOT Clouseau. Clouseau was French - no one likes the French. CT is from Canada, eh? Land of hockey, Moose, and that round bacon product that goes great with eggs.

I never said anything about liking the French. Peter Sellers is as close as I’ll get. But that’s the first image that popped in my head.
If Shugs can get CT to say, “Does your dog bite?” then maybe I can be swayed.
Seriously though, I’ve heard about the posing technique and convinced my wife to try it last year. It works.
I am not able to listen to D-tap due to having a crappy PC. I would be grateful if anyone could give details on the info CT gives on posing for density and the training prog he outlines.

awesome D-Tap. Would we be able to get more strength training D-Taps?
We try to mix them up: strength training, nutrition, drugs and supplements, etc. We even have one on sports psychology coming up. Charles Staley has recorded one too. That’ll be posted in a few weeks.

This is an older “Rapid Fire” column where he discusses the technique.

Thanks Chris,
I had read that quite a while ago and it interested me. I saw one of your messages when you announced CT’s D-tap and saw that he was going to elaborate on this technique.
I just wondered if there are any more ‘key’ points?

He is French, he’s from Quebec, the ‘little France’ of Canada. Actually, they’re even more irritating than France themselves…

This is a possibility we are considering, but I am unsure what you are referring to by “costs”.
I am referring to the cost of having a streaming server vs the cost of generating an MP3 and making it available for download. In most cases, depending on sophistication of the streaming server, it is less expensive to digitize a recording and make it available for download…Even cheaper if you set up a one to many system: e.g. sending episodes out to subscribers via email or distributing using bit torrent.
