I bought both of the EFS exercise index dvds for over $50 each. I was just on the Elite FTS website and noticed that they are now on sale for $6 bucks!?! wtf? Is this a mistake?
Part of me is pissed that I spent more than that…but then I think that I’ve been applying a lot of that info for over a year now…so it was worth it.
Anyway, I thought I would let everybody know about this great deal!
These videos are so worth it. Not the greatest quality, but FULL of info. and great advice for those wanting to get into strength training more seriously.
i just ordered the liftstrong cd, some beanies and the animal pak vitamins 2 dyas ago. I saw this and couldnt believe it. I’ve never seen them, but for 10 each including shipping, that’s so worth it. Now I have two shipments on their way from efs

Thank you. I’ve been wanting to get the bench DVD for months. I even grabbed the deadlift and squat DVD for friends to watch. While I was at it, I grabbed a couple shaker bottles too.
The intro to the squat / deadlift dvd is WILD! I watch it all the time before I go to the gym to get fired up.
But, aside from the intro they didn’t spend tonnes of time / money on the editing. Still the information in the dvds is great…worth wayyyyy more than $6! For this price it’s a no brainer.

We need to talk Dave into releasing the intro on YouTube then
