New book help please

Hi. I have just read the new book and im going to start the 10 10 10 training.
Can anybody help with workouts please to get the most from the training ( which exercises to start with )

I do believe, starting on page 59, you see the list of single joint and multi joint exercises Dr. Darden suggests. This list includes free weight and machine exercises.

Personally, stretching back to The Nautilus Book, I work larger muscle groups to smaller. I do not recall an order of exercises in the book, but 7-8 exercises are the recommended number. So start with a leg press or squat, leg curl, then move on to your upper body.

So, it should all be there for you.
