
Hey Ink! Never done Bikram yoga. In fact before the yoga session on Tuesday I only did yoga once. I’m just a babe in woods with this yoga business. That said, I did like the yoga and I think I will continue! Turns out my balance is great, but I’m as flexible as a witches cunt, so I hope I can work on that.
MiMsie - HAH! That would be awesome! We could do a wife swap of sorts (the TV kind, not the Utah kind, no offense Utah). I’ve always wanted to see what life is like for service men and women. You’re kids would probably have me gray haired in days.
YAY Andy! I’m glad I get to DL again. I’m gonna do it tonight on leg day. Very exciting! Maybe I’ll use snatch grip for a bit too - practice that. Great vid!

Anyways, I love the warrior diet! It really suits my lifestyle (the good and bad of it…)
Training last night:
Meh. Still learning the snatch and working around 25kg - 30kg. I pretty much suck, but at least I’m pulling off the ground, which I find easier than going from a dead hang. Aside from all my form problems, my biggest problem is the mental fatigue. I seriously start to lose my shit after working for an hour and then form goes fuck all.
Also I have sustained painful newbie hip bruises from banging the bar on my hips (see gratuitous pic attached) - the bar is supposed to “brush” up your body. In the same vain I hit my chin with the bar last night when my form totally broke down. FML. One of the coaches recommended I put sponges on my hips, I refused saying that was a pussy move. He kept saying, “A what move?” and I’d say “A pussy move.” Turns out he just wanted me to keep saying the P-word. Sucio!
On the plus side the head coach lost his voice so he couldn’t yell at me. Instead he just gave me the stink-eye and looked away in disdain. Just like home…HAH!
Anyways, I got my Oly shoes!! I lurv them. They have sparkles.

lower body tonight, soccer and conditioning tomorrow, upper body Sat and sunday…well, we’ll see about Sunday…maybe lil Maschy might need a rest day after all!
