I’ll be back over the weekend with training updates - Tuesday I had soccer practice and yesterday I had to travel out of state - so nothing much to recount since Monday.
Anyways, this AM I tried on some of my summer clothes. UGH. The leg opening of my shorts can’t be pulled past my inner thighs! I mean, I can get get them on, but they are literally up my coochie crack and if i try to pull them down, they squeeze my inner thighs…How old is too old for poom poom shorts?
Also, Ive never rally looked at my calves before but thanks to Charlie I thought I’d have a look. YIKES! This is why I don’t train them…

Honestly, the weighted GHRs aren’t THAT hard for me. Don’t get me wrong, they suck balls, but I don’t look like an epileptic dolphin (Ink!) when I do them…maybe I’m doing them wrong?

Lex, yeah, you’re setup is really good IMO, so I’ll definitely remember what you do and try to incorporate some of your setup in mine. I love watching your and Debs vids before I go Oly btw. Helps me keep my head straight. So thanks again!

Hey Brutiful! Honestly, the cake baby is still kinda there. I just happen to be one of those people that looks better dressed, you know? Like me streamlined. Its getting smaller though! I’m trying to keep my eats in check - so far I’ve been eating good, clean, healthy foods, but I’m still eating a bit on the surplus side…baby steps.
MiM! Its true!! The “contemplating life” - its bad! I need to stop that b/c its such a waste of energy. I need someone to stand behind me with a riding crop or something and give me a swift switch to the ass to get me going. lol! That’ll teach me.
Thank you Matty! And honestly, the 2 sessions is really just because I work sooo slow, plus with the warm-up and stuff. I just didn’t have time to get the entire session done at once!

HAH! Greg, if you stared at my ass, that would be the utmost complement ever! The splitting of the training was totally fine. I have definitely double dipped in the past, but like you, its usually cardio or some other light stuff (yoga, pilates, light lifting with a friend, etc.), and honestly, in this case the afternoon session was pretty much just pullups and stuff, so nothing too serious. But yeah, I’m a big advocate of training how often you want and as intensely as you can - you gotta capitalize on those days when you feel strong! So if you want to hit it 2x a day sometimes, then go for it!
Joe - YAY!! maybe in the least you can run a mile and just see how fast you can do it! In fact, I challenge anyone to a mile run! Stake your bet - and if anyone can beat my next mile, I will graciously concede…who’s in?!
