No in that case it wont be weaker. But if you had trained and lifted to do the lift without a belt then of course you would have a stronger core.
Like a bench shirt or breifs. Say I bench 350 raw one week and 450 (just throwing out #'s here) a few weeks later in a DD shirt. No I wont have magically gotten weaker in that time but id be a hell load stronger if I trained to lift that 450 raw. mainly in the bottom end where the shirt gives the most carry over.
My arguement on this is. I could care less if you use gear, belts wraps, a friggin fork lift. I dont choose to at this time thats beyond the point. I feel that by taking the time dedication, will power, etc to build a strong ass base a foundation with No belt, no wraps, no shirts. etc etc. you are going to better set your self up in the long run for performance and health by having the natural strength and supporting musculature the body demands to lift such heavy loads without the aid of gear/euipment.
