Hi Joe, to curb the diet doldrums I have one cheat meal per week. Saturday was as much pizza as possible and 2 pints of 9% double ipa.

Canada K - Yes, I am currently gaining. Scale is moving slowly north and so are 3 site caliper
readings. Diet coach I am using (J Meadows)likes to keep his clients pretty lean while bulking. I bulked to 208lbs (9 months) last yr before I cut and am not sure that was the best way to achieve my goals. I figure I need to gain approx 2.5 lbs a month for the next 6 to hit my goals. That would put me at 190lbs at the beginning of my next diet phase. My last diet ended 10 weeks ago and my weight is up about 9 lbs since. I have never experienced any rebound effect after dieting.

cav - I have never competed. I am shooting for being ready by the time I am 45 (2 yrs 6 months).

ddot - yes. in regards to the upcoming Pats - Raiders game, I hope Mrs. Brady informs Mr. Brady late in the evening on Oct 1 that she has been plowing the entire offensive line and wants a divorce.

I am thankful your Raiders beat the J-E-T-S! Hopefully we don’t suffer anymore of those monumental collapses (aka CHOKES).
