New split starting sunday or monday. Lifting days are increasing to 5/week, cardio will attempt to remain at 3x per week. I probably will only be able to hit cardio twice a week due to time constraints (work). Diet wise, calories will be increasing to accomodate additional lifting day. After a lackluster month, I am ready to fucking kill it.

Lula dancing…giggity. Cutting time is in a couple more months or 10lbs whichever comes sooner. I was thinking end of April, now I am thinking March. I have come to terms with my lard and we are ready to rock.

worked on setup and depth on squats. Thanks G1 and ddot for the video, it helped. Since my shoulder is feeling better, i have more mobility and can bring my arms in more which helped with maintaining tightness.
