The mirror tells me I am starting to pack on some flab. Feels kind of gross. My diet coach thinks my conditioning is still good and is thinking we can push my weight into the mid to high 190’s. I think I got too fat last bulk and am getting a little uneasy as my weight climbs.

smith machine 1.25 squats - lightened teh load. these are brutal. (all the way down, back up quarter way, all the way back down, then up = 1 rep.

knee is still hammered. Can’t get below parallel without this impingement type pain. ROM is much less in my injured knee than it used to be. If it continues I will most likely have to go see the orthopedist. He mentioned knee replacement last time I saw him (5 yrs ago). Fuck fuck fuck.

work is starting to heat up. starting this weekend I begin the joy of working 92 days straight. It’s not that bad (approx 65 hrs a week), but over time it kicks my ass.

looking for a place to live. It’s hard to find a place that will accept my animals. I have to get the f out of my current house.

bodyweight is around 184, missed some meals recently due to illness. I feel like butterbean jr. even though the mirror says otherwise.

Yes sir, right in the thick of it. One thing that helps with the shoulders - I ss pek dek with band over and backs and also hit band over and backs again after the swing destroyer sets. The stretching feels great.

This is great. Hickson looks like he has packed on some size in the last yr. Is a hook grip painful? I imagine with 8 hundo on the bar it hurts a bit.

Hey Lula, you’re very observant. Yes, my weight plummeted last week by a little over 10 lbs. I am experiencing some health issues which destroyed my week. I am getting a handle on it and expect my weight to be back up shortly. When you keep getting knocked down you just have to keep getting back up. Right? It’s been very frustrating to say the least.

squats 2 x 20 - kept the load light (185). knee should be back in action in a couple more weeks. I am finally able to hit depth again without major discomfort.

leg press banded mini (right leg only) 4 sets of 10
calve right only 4 sets of 15

Going to add in extra leg work (right) for the remainder of my bulk.

Until I am a fatty. John thinks we can push mid 190’s without much more appreciable fat gain. Time wise, I’m guessing I can hit that by the end of April.
