Neural Charge Workout, Sets/Reps?

I think I posted in the right forum? I would just like to know a typically neural charge workout set / reps wise. I currently train purely oly, with various press and pull assistance work. I train in the morning so probs would like to apply a neural charge workout in the afternoon, but I don’t know what sort of weight I should use or what rep scheme, I have a feeling it in the1-5 rep range but not sure.

Appreciate if someone could give me an idea how to apply the right protocol.

But pretty much, yeah, it’s low volume reps per set with a high quality of each individual rep and an attention paid to performance/explosiveness, and autoregulating the total sets to avoid a decrease in performance.
