currently doing the delta 1250 diet and started the anti-bb hypertrophy program.

I’m taking a basketball class at school so my schedule is a little messed up.

M-Basketball
T-Upper 1
W-Basketball
Th-Lower 1
F-Upper 2
Sat-Off
Sun-Lower 2

On my cutting days I’m eating 1840 calories and bulking at 3090. I need any criticisms really badly. I don’t want to be going in the wrong direction.

What do your “upper” and “lower” workouts consist of? Are you using GVT and GBC as it’s written? No, you’re using Anti-BB. Are you changing the program for the cutting periods?

Too, I’d like to see you incorporate something like the “T-Dawg 2.0” diet for cutting days, and something like Massive Eating for the bulking days. This will help you maximize your fat loss/muscle gain in each phase. If nothing else, just incorporate Massive Eating guidelines with both the cutting and bulking phases. (So, the “Don’t Diet”).

I haven’t heard of anyone using the Delta 1250 lately. I wonder how well it works?

I eat breakfast which is P+C, then my next two meals are P+F, then I workout and have my PWO shake. Then my next two meals are P+C. My final meal before bed time is P+F.

I’m eating 1840 on cut days and 3090 on bulk days.

Yes, pretty much. I hope its possible. I know I shouldn’t really be bulking because of my high bodyfat, so thats why I think the Delta 1250 may be right for me. Any comments or criticisms will be appreciated.

Yes this is my goal. I know I shouldn’t bulk for a long period of time because I have a high bodyfat %, so thats why I want to try the Delta 1250. Any suggestions or criticisms would be appreciated.
