I am a 23 yr old new comer into the world of bodybuilding. I lost 75lbs and have deffinate increases in both strenth and muscle mass. However there are two things that have been frustrating the shit out of me. One of which is that my right arm and left arm are very uneven in both strenth and muscle (having too much fun as a teenager) The other is my lower back and abdomin, I can’t seem to get rid of that extra fat and really tighten it up. Any suggestions on either??

For the difference in your arms: do unilateral exercises. One armed curls/one armed tricep extensions. Train the weaker arm first and only do with the stronger arm what you could with the weaker arm.
The only way to get rid of that “stubborn” fat is to diet as you would for anything else. We all keep that last bit of fat somewhere.
