ok, Ive been working out for about 11m now. Since i went to Iraq and didnt have anything else to do in my free time.
now, I have a small problem. One of my armes is bigger than the other.
my left arm is 15’1/4 good considering it stated out at 14’ now my right arm is 16’1/4 big diff. now ive tryed alot of diff stuff. and i cant seem to get it to balance out.
so what do i need to do. maybe workout with a heavy weight on my left arm and stay the same with my right. I dont know.
any help you could give would be great.
thank

That’s a very, very common issue. I’d switch to primarily dumbbell work for shoulders and arms, but do the same work for each side (catering to the abilities of the smaller or weaker side). Once you start having a “left arm workout” and a “right arm workout”, things can get more complicated than they need to be.
