OK Im having a little trouble with the computery language, but i believe i can figure out what that means! Ya, i know i bought something close on Amazon that was just a little off, but i believe we can take this all the way sooner than later!

To quote somebody hold your finger on text. Then click the quote box. Use the little blue bubbles to highlight the text you want to quote.

If youre really in a pinch you can throw an olympic plate on a standard dumbbell like that as long as you sandwhich them between 2 1"standard plates. I used to do that years ago.
