So what is the best for me? If i have to pick something i would keep with mine that has given me resultz
I don’t understand why you are asking for help if you’re seeing results with what you’ve been doing. I am biased and recommend 5/3/1 because you’ll get bigger and stronger. But do what works for you.
The only thing that I’m still confused about is why you’re asking for help if what you’re doing is working. Either it’s working and you have no reason to change, or you’re lying to yourself about the results that you’re seeing. Just know that there’s no need to ask for advice if what you’re doing is truly working. Either way, there’s plenty of info in this thread already. Everything you need is already here
Imo i did a pretty nice progress with this kind of programs Before:
Now:
do you think i would have done better with another one?
Ok, here is the spoon, open up your mouth wide coz if I miss I’m not giving you another chance.
The best think for you to do training wise is to pick a pre written program that has been written by a qualified pro and has a progression model built into it. It doesn’t really matter what that program is (shocker I know) and if you want to get really crazy and bold, you don’t even have to look for a beginner program (although try to stay clear of the advanced ones at the moment). what matters is that you do the program as it’s written (surely a pro knows better than an 18yr old?) and you attack it with all the energy and commitment you can muster. Stick with the program for as long as it say or at least 2 months before changing anything.
The best thing to do about your nutrition is to not think about bulking and cutting like an advanced bodybuilder, but instead develop healthy eating habits. If you are getting puffy, eat a bit less. If your strength and scale isn’t going up, eat a little more.
The best thing you can do about your attitude is to listen more and trust in the advice that has been paid out to you. A bit of gratitude goes a long way as well.
I get it, do you know any of this programs that was written by a pro that has a 5 or 6x week Frequency?
@felpadubove There you go. Make sure you eat your wheaties and plenty of cow hearts.
Haha thanks, I was in doubt with that one bc the same guy sais the best things were completely differwnt 3 months ago, but if its ok im gonna do ut
There are a million threads about the training program in the christian thib coaching sub on the forum if you wanna look into it more/have questions about it. If you go to the sub, youll see that a great majority of those people like it and have seen good results. Best of luck to you, just make sure you are eating enough and eating right when you do the program.
Damn I’m on my work computer and it blocks Imgur…
Well, that didnt work
Jesus, dude. You’re such an asshole. I really am out now.
Read through what you have written in response to what has been given to you and see how you feel you come across. If possible, try to put it into words.
While doing this, keep under consideration that every single screenname you see here is attached to another human being, who took time out of their day to offer you free advice to help you achieve your goal.
These people did this for no compensation whatsoever, purely out of an act of benevolence.
I’ll admit that I am a worse person than these people. I have offered you no help, despite having knowledge and experience that would be helpful to you. This is because of the manner you have conducted yourself in this exchange along with your age. Others have been willing to overlook that to assist you.
Keep ALL of that under consideration, then re-read how you have replied to this kindness from strangers.
If you still cannot understand, you are lacking a degree of critical self-awareness necessary to benefit from this exchange. That’s not awful, because you are still young and your brain is developing, but it is something to strive to improve.
I feel like I’ll need to copy and paste this post in the future. well said.
There’s no need for unfundamented accusations.
Damn.
the unfundamented thing made this thread worth reading
Posts like this make me wish you were my dad.
Looks like you added some bf, and while that isn’t necessarily bad, that isn’t the point of a bulk. Nobody cares what you look like when you bulk. Show me some numbers. How much did your bench 5rm increase? How much did your squat 2rm increase? How much can you OHP now compared to before? Those are the things that matter. Are you stronger? If you are, it’s because you added muscle, which is the point of a bulk.
In MY experience, (and I know my experience is limited, and there are people who will disagree with me on this), the best way to gain significant muscle mass as a beginner/intermediate is by lifting heavy and eating big. Get stronger, and it’s a given that you will gain weight. Save the progress pics for when you cut after a year of solid bulking.
