You have too many goals. Seriously, gain muscle or you won’t have any muscle to show off. Start with big primary movements like squats, front squats, deadlifts, push presses, dips, bench presses. Read John Berardi’s stuff, ALL OF IT, and implement the diet that speaks to you.
Build muscle, try to limit how much fat you gain and then trim down. Simple.
