This last September I began having stomach problems to the point that I quit working out all together. The first of this month I had my gall bladder removed and everything seems to be alright up to this point, they also fixed a hernia, but I’m on a 20lb weight restriction up until the middle of February.
I am itching to get back at it but I have to take it easy and make sure all is well. I’d like to get some opinions on easing back into working out and what kind of steps to take to get back into the swing of things.
