I was razzing you for no reason. The stretch marks aren’t too bad and neither is your frame.
You do need a lOT more size though. Good luck.

You have very little size, a poor frame and a whole lotta stretch marks. Don’t waste your time.
i feel better than i did when i was 145 and couldnt do a single unassisted pullup so i will continue my training. I’ve had the stretch marks since i was 12 from rapidly growing 10 inches in a few months and i got a lot on my arms since i do so many curls and tricep work. Imma beast dawg
I have decided NOT to post shoe. Why? You know why. You will never get them.
We need a shoe seriously. With a shoe we can compare the thickness of the bodyfat on your handles with the dimension of the shoe, using the width of shoe, the distance between the toe with the first and second lace and the relative size of the shoe compared to your trunk.
hey man i know i was a dick in other posts to you, but you should look at stu’s thread, its under the best of STICKY.
I personally think you should put on a LOT more mass before you do any form of dieting, but stu was what you consider Jacked at the start of his contest prep, but he got absolutely PEELED for his show. he reports how much he lost in the thread too.

OK…i can see my abs even after eating. How much do i have to lose until i get to single digits (9%)?
9% is my first goal
5% is my final goal
Those aren’t your abs. Those are rolls of fatty tissue. Your abs aren’y hypertrophied enough for you to see them no matter what your bodyfat percentage is. You just dont have the genetics to have visible abs at this point. Some skinny guys have abs without much muscle but they have genetics for prominant abs. You need a ton of mass before you’ll be able to have a solid midsection. Mass all over because if you focus on making your ab muscles grow you’ll just look like you have a gut.
You don’t seem to have a grasp on what a percentage means. You don’t have enough muscle on your frame to get down to single digits and still look like you’ve ever lifted a weight.
The picture in my profile where you can see my abs is me around 11%. Definitely not single digits.
Abdominals are the same as bicep peaks. You either have the genetics for pretty ones or you don’t. If the latter is the case you’ll need to make them grow a ton before you cut down. Then you’ll need to stay at that artificially low bodyfat percentage to keep them visible. You can’t change the tendon depth or the size of the muscle belly.

thanks brah
he’s 5’8, though.
True, but the eating and methods of training are the same. You should take a look anyway, because im pretty sure he went from near 200 lbs to about 73 ish during the transition, mind you, he wasnt carrying a significant amount of fat to begin with.

Does the fact that I stay leaner while bulking than you’ll ever be upset you? (Rhetorical question)

FACT: You have done steroids. How do I know? I’ve checked your hub.
FACT: I’m cutting to 5% then never getting above 12% on bulks.
