I also need one for my bro who believes he is 14%. I am posting this in this forum because you guys know your stuff and I am training to win a natty bodybuilding comp sometime in the next 3 years.
How much do I have to lose until I can clearly see all of my abs?
I’m prob holding a lot of water btw, on creatine plus I put salt on everything i cook (I’m in culinary school and salt is a universal flavor booster)

High heels would be a better choice.
X2. Please re-post some pictures with the shoe that you are currently wearing, it helps with perspective and provides for a more accurate estimate.
Then do it when you have a chance, it will save us a lot of time and will keep you from getting flamed by everyone else on here.
Sorry dude we can’t give you an accurate estimate without a shoe. I’d say grab your camera whenever you have time and post the pics again. Then we can help you out.
you are 8.93343547324823647326322342342543% bodyfat BUT seriously if you are going to ask bodyfat percentage questions then get proper pictures before you post…ex: with a shoe etc…
I see you have not yet posted a picture of you with a shoe. At this point I am leaning towards the thought that you are perhaps not as motivated as I thought you were. Prove me wrong, please. We’ve seen so much half-assed work on these forums that I really just want you to follow through, for all of T-Nation’s sake.
I’ll admit you look like you train, but please don’t tell people that you’re “holding water”, it’s the biggest load of crap I’ve ever heard. To paraphrase Layne Norton: ‘you can’t hold water (your muscle are made of water), you’re just holding fat’ -lol

You have very little size, a poor frame and a whole lotta stretch marks. Don’t waste your time.
i feel better than i did when i was 145 and couldnt do a single unassisted pullup so i will continue my training. I’ve had the stretch marks since i was 12 from rapidly growing 10 inches in a few months and i got a lot on my arms since i do so many curls and tricep work. Imma beast dawg
I have decided NOT to post shoe. Why? You know why. You will never get them.
