Need a Bodyfat Estimate


I also need one for my bro who believes he is 14%. I am posting this in this forum because you guys know your stuff and I am training to win a natty bodybuilding comp sometime in the next 3 years.

How much do I have to lose until I can clearly see all of my abs?

I’m prob holding a lot of water btw, on creatine plus I put salt on everything i cook (I’m in culinary school and salt is a universal flavor booster)

you need to hold a shoe in your photos for proper comparison.

X2. Please re-post some pictures with the shoe that you are currently wearing, it helps with perspective and provides for a more accurate estimate.

You look pretty good, although like some of the more experienced guys have already said, taking a picture with a shoe would really help us out.

Please don’t use the shoe to cover your midsection either like some tools. Hold it out to the side please.

i feel better than i did when i was 145 and couldnt do a single unassisted pullup so i will continue my training. I’ve had the stretch marks since i was 12 from rapidly growing 10 inches in a few months and i got a lot on my arms since i do so many curls and tricep work. Imma beast dawg
