I got this stiffness in my neck that seems to come from the base of the neck up to the top of the nape. I feel I always have to un-crick it one every while. Doesn’t seem to get in my way of training (except when I do chins, I have a hard time recovering), but I’d love to remedy this FAST!
Cut back on the Viagra, man! Ohh…you’re talking about your neck! I have to “uncrick” mine too. I find that taking my neck through it’s range of motion helps - similar to what one does with the shoulders.
I’ve had the same problem. What’s helped me are shrugs. Try working them with 3 set or so & you should see a difference in a couple of weeks. Let me know how it works out.
