Nausea on Leg day...why and how do I overcome it?

You know, I just went back and read some of these responses to my problem, and I have to REALLY ask the FOLLOWING QUESTION?

DID YOU GUYS READ MY ENTIRE POST? I am not talking about those of you that offered legitimate helpful suggestions, I am talking about some of you guys that called my post retarded, called me stupid, ignorant, arrogant, etc. DID YOU GUYS EVEN READ WHERE I RESPONDED THAT SOME OF THE IDEAS HERE HELPED ME TO MAKE IT THROUGH? Probably not.

Christalfuckingmighty, the nausea was something I have had a problem with SINCE HIGHSCHOOL. Even when I was in the PRIME shape of my life as an 18 year old senior at 6’3" tall, 235 lbs, and could jump out of a gym, benchpress 300+ lbs, and would have knocked down Arnold Shwarzeneggar himself if he stood in between me and the basket, I STILL GOT NAUSEATED. When I was lifting seriously in college, I STILL GOT NAUSEATED. When I was playing rugby, which DID NOT INVOLVE lifting, I STILL GOT SICK when I did heavy sprints or work on the scrum sled. When I started lifting again, the first two weeks were HORRID. I was sore, I was kind of down because I could not lift as much as I once did, and keeping at it was TOUGH. I DID stay wtih it for two reasons: I did NOT want to be a 300 lb fatass, and to (tongue in cheek) come back in here and give a report that would shove it right up Roman’s ass(thanks for the motivation bro) after I became a 250 lb shredded beast.

After I got past the initial soreness, I found that my body REMEMBERED...I made some BIG gains, and MAYBE I tried to advance too quickly, OR MAYBE I JUST CAME UP ON A PROBLEM I HAD IN EARLIER DAYS. IT'S HARD TO START AT THE BOTTOM and BE PATIENT.

One of you asked if I wanted to puke twice a week for the rest of my life. HELL NO…that’s WHY I explained the situation, and ASKED THE FRIGGIN’ QUESTION. I WANTED A SOLUTION, and some of you offered valuable advice…some of you were just pricks. I posted a problem I had SO I COULD FIND A GODDAMN SOLUTION, and I get called retarded, stupid, ignorant, and told one of you would bitchslap me and blah, blah, blah.

Maybe some of you brainiacs should READ THE GODDAMN POST again. The guy wanted to RUSH me to the emergency room, I never GOT a chance to even OFFER to clean my puke up, let alone explain to him that this was a COMMON occurence from my past, etc. HE put his hands on me without allowing me to give an explanation. HE took me out of the room before I could clean up MY mess.

The thought of something being wrong with my heart HAS BEEN a concern in the past, but I have had a physical every year since I was 25 years old (I am 29 now), and the ONLY thing that they get concerned about is that I have a LOW resting heart rate (it’s about 50 beats per minute in the morning), but that’s it. Everything else is FINE.

For you guys that offered helpful adivce and suggestions, THANK YOU. I have had this problem, and for the first time, I think I am going to get past it. For the rest of you, WHY DON’T YOU READ AND THINK BEFORE YOU TYPE A RESPONSE.

Sir Hacksalot

I rest my case LOL!
Oh…I forgot immature.
