do this:
wait a few months! You’ll have more friggin T gushin through your system than you’ll know what to do with! You won’t even have to take anything to do this, it all happens naturally. The best advice I can give you is to read about DIET on this site, especially articles by John Berardi and Lonnie Lowery. These guys know their stuff.
By creating good eating habits while you’re as young as you are, you’ll probably always be in healthy/good shape for the rest of your life.

Just don’t worry about it and be 13. Really, don’t even think about it. Eat healthy foods, get plenty of sleep, play a whole bunch of sports, train with weights (just don’t do one rep maxes right now), and chase girls.
I want to echo what Chris said.
Just wait! A few weeks or a few months!
It’s about to kick in, and when it does, you won’t need any additional Testosterone boosting!
If you keep on lifting and eating right while you’re in this hormonal tsunami, you’ll make incredible gains!
Eating well can’t be emphasized enough. And it’s not just blah blah, eat well and you’ll feel good, have lots of energy blah blah.
Bottom line: When I eat right (and a lot) and get regular sleep, I’m horny as hell, so you can bet your ass my test levels are up.
I started lifting for the first time when I was your age. Then I made the big mistake of giving it up for the first two years of high school. Don’t do this. Keep lifting all through school and soon enough you’ll have your choice of just about any girl. Be consistent and after your sophmore year (or maybe sooner) you’ll be known as the guy with the amazing body.
Good luck.
Avoid soy because it contains estrogen. Estrogen lowers your testostrone levels. Also don’t let your bodyfat levels get too high, because bodyfat stores estrogen.
Believe it…FOOD. Even though you don’t believe it now. I know I did not at 15. I trained from 15 to 20 years of age…5 years, played football and never got heaveier and bigger than 130 lbs at 5’7". I was strong though.
I just re-started training, am taking Protien and good diet and after 8 weeks I’m now 155…same hieght.
Food and rest is more than 80% of the game. I now KNOW that.
I would echo the sentiments of everyone else in that eating a healthy diet is the most important thing you can do at this point.
A good multivitamin/mineral would be fine since you are going to have an increased nutrient need to support optimum growth/development.
The only supplement to consider to help support Test. levels would be ZMA, which contains the minerals zinc and magnesium and the vitamin B6. These nutrients are often consumed in insufficient amounts by many athletes. Prolonged insufficient intake can result in sub-optimal test. production. Consuming enough of these nutrients will help keep your body functioning efficiently.
More info can be found in the ZMA product info section.
If you have any questions, please ask.
Take care,
Ryan
