I am pretty sure this question was asked before somewhere on this site! Please forgive me if this is a duplication of any sort.
I know enough about nutrition to stay fit and healthy however I have absolutely no idea what foods to prepare to boost my testosterone levels naturally. I have checked out some website but nothing really substantial stands out for me to consider it an option. Any help will be appreciated!!!
Please excuse me, I am rather new to this web site. If you refer to T-supplements, please tell me a bit more or guide me to the correct thread if needed so that I or anyone reading this may benefit.
I am trying to get back in to shape to compete in a “drug free” sport, I feel a bit run down and tired. I perhaps didn’t make it to clear when I posted this asking the question.
p.s. Thanks for the tip, I will check out the thread you suggested!

Let’s start with this: Anabolic Diet. It is awesome. I hope you checked out the thread I suggested.
About T-supplements:
I’m referring to pills or capsules that are made of natural ingredients that naturally increase Testosterone levels to their normal healthy levels without going over that limit.
Some great examples of these are TRIBEX Gold and Alpha Male (both of which can be found in the store here on T-Nation).

Heavy compound movements can also increase your testosterone naturally.[/quote]
Thanks for the info!
I was aware of the fact that normal squats will increase your T-levels however on further investigation one of the websites (http://www.boxingscene.com/build-muscle/16717.php) I checked out claims that by doing deadlifts it will quadruple your Natural Testosterone & Growth Hormone Levels. This may not be a nutritional solution to my problem but it’s great to know there are other ways of boosting T-levels.
Also look up Lonnie Lowery’s articles. Just go over to the nav bar on the left and click on the “Authors” link and find his name from the list. All of this should get you started on your way.
