Does anyone know a rough estimate of how much test you body naturally produces. I am 27 years old. I recently went to the doctor and he prescribed me test cypionate 200mg/ml. He said all I need is 200 per week, or maybe every 5 days. Does this seem like an acurate doseage?

However, most likely Clomid could restore
your natural testosterone production without
need for injections. Once you start on the path of testosterone replacement therapy,
it actually aggravates your current condition
of suppression and chances are you’ll be
on it for the rest of your life.
It’s also possible Tribex, or Tribex + Vitex
(e.g. the Solaray brand, 400 mg/day), or Tribex + M will work for you.
Another possibility is HCG, 250-500 IU per day.
This will have the advantage over testosterone replacement therapy of retaining your testicular size, which otherwise might decrease.
Clomid got me to low-normal, but Vitex had absolutely no effect.
Who is your Doc anyway? That is quite a substantial dosage for a typical MD to be prescribing…most seem to get paranoid about prescribing even 200 mg every two weeks and it seems 100 mg every 10-14 days is more common. Anyway, consider yourself lucky you found a doc who will work with you as 200 mg/week could be considered a substantial kick in the butt especially for someone with low T.
I’m gonna go to the doc too and have my hormone levels tested. Any advice on what to have him check while I’m there?
I had mine checked about a year ago. It was at 140 at one point. I’m 35. Anyways they gave me the injections of 200 every other week. When I went back I told them I was still tired. Lets try it at 200mg every 10 days. Then test. 240 now I’m on 300mg every week with a level of 460 my normal range should be around 350 and up. Yours should be a little above this. I have to have this cause for some reason my testis don’t send the signal to produce it that much. We tried HCG at first with not much luck. I did however convince my doc to give me HCG on a cycle with Nolvedex. If you are going to have to take T shots then I suggest you get some HCG and clomid or Nolvedex to keep the testi. shrinkage down and the what natural production you have left. Good luck
