yo n3wb you got any vids of your lifts, they’re gettin better fast, which is awesome. It’s a great feeling eh. Anyways I’m glad most of the hostility is done with in this thread, and you can post your workouts as usual. You doin any specific program?

What kinda eggs you eating? lol One egg is bout 70 cals, and it ways 250 cals for all 3. 3 would be 210. You know the brand name…because I’m not a fan of eggs, and would like to get more cals from them becuse I’ll usually eat 5 whole ones.

publics jumbo grade eggs 90 calories each I wasnt sure my self so I rounded

yeah it feels great to be maken gains only problem is my brother who is 17 weighs like 5 pounds less than me now is 2 inches taller benches 30 pounds more has also squated the same as me so Im playing catch up before he starts a bulk

EDIT: nope no videos all though it would be cool to see my form I have a web cam so I could probably get some videos on but that would take at least a few days because my dad would have to remember where it is… and set it up…

there was a guy who I worked in with on squats for gods sake he was doing quarter squats his legs were 5 inches around and he was telling me how to get bigger legs like his told me I would hurt my knees and said it was all back when I was hitting paralel I might be confused but I didnt know you could go to paralel while only useing your back I must be crazy…

after legpress everytime I sat down I fell basicaly so weak ass squats the last set was of five because the damn guy told me I was usen to much weight

tryed box squats but 225 felt akward as hell in a squat rack

olright back to conventional deadlifts or atleast conventional asistance excercises I see it like this… If I switch it up between sumo and normal I wont plateau for a while not that I should be seeing how Im “n3wb”
