as far as my diet
I eat what ever I want meal where I get the most salories is school

average day

2 potatos
2-3 cups chocolate milk

2 pieces of pizza
2-4 cups chocolate milk

2 burger pattys
2-4 cups chocolate milk
2 servings cheese

something else ranges from fast food to all you can eat

current weight 219 weighed correctly
no need for me to weigh that so il drop down to 195-200

luckily! I havent done high rep squats yet, So the change will probably pack on some muscle even while I lose weight, after all Im a N3wb!

life is good when I lose weight Il be able to box squat 2 times my body weight deadlift way more than 2 times my body weight and bench reps with my body weight

Congrats to you (or maybe I should say us) on the deadlift. Me, I just hit a 140 lbs front squat for 8-6-4 (reps) today ! I didn’t hit failure, but it’s the most I have front squatted.

I dunno where I will stall out at. I am thinking 160-170. I also millitary pressed that for 4 reps and cleaned it for 5. Ok, that’s where I am at lol. But enough about me.

You’re gonna hit a 1000 lb leg press in no time flat and will probably hit 600 in the deadlift decently soon. I wouldn’t doubt 500 is too far away for back squats either.

Totally off-topic but if you ain’t seem X-3: the last stand…see it. It’s not as great as the other ones but damn is Famke Jansen (Jean Grey) fine !

good thing is 205 feels light on my hands so I just know that my reps with 205 will go up to 5-10 in a few weeks going to do these for 3 weeks then switch back to pause benching

measured my shoulders they are 20 1/2 but they dont look big my dads shoulders are sure to be 25+
