In 5 weeks I go on vacation so after I go on vacation Im gonna hit up a squat program to start my cut because on the off days you ride a bike for 20 minutes
basicaly on my cut I start training a body part a day and hit up 1-2 cardio sessions a day Im gonna try to get stronger while I cut if thats posible so my calories are still gonna be 3000
