I have been takeing creatine for the last week just thought I would throw that out there It was a good day

time to go out and get some supps for the next 3 weeks and build a box to squat off

I cant find the cord to my camera I looked for it for like 2 hours when I first started my training log but thats all the numbers Im squating deadlifting and benching are the most impresive stuff I got so if this dosent blow your mind then you wont shit your pants over me

In 5 weeks I go on vacation so after I go on vacation Im gonna hit up a squat program to start my cut because on the off days you ride a bike for 20 minutes

basicaly on my cut I start training a body part a day and hit up 1-2 cardio sessions a day Im gonna try to get stronger while I cut if thats posible so my calories are still gonna be 3000
just I will eat verry clean

3 reps is 452
5 reps is 466

I need to train the mid part of my deadlift Im thinking heavy partial singels so I dont use momentum my box squat going up alone should add some strength to my deadlift …I hope

when my push press went up my bench went up so shoulders are the key for me

fucked around with deadlifts
my back felt like I was gonna slip a disk if I did deadlifts like I normaly do so I did sumo to stay more up right

watch out for over training. you bench squat and dead very often. id jsut be careful. if you start feeling beat up, dont worry about taking a few days off

I have been sick all day today because I stoped eating healthy just junk food and lifting so heavy and so often
