next week I will use bands start off with like 205-210 and do a set of 5 raiseing the weight 5lbs every day

I also did 205 x 7 incline maybe the 235 affected it I hope it did… even 8 reps would be awesome

So are your workouts really just a whole lot of volume on the main lifts and not much else? How do you pick how much work you do?

depends how I feel usualy I just have one heavy working set per excercise and sometimes 1-3 high volume sets to get a pump

I like to do the lift Im focusing on pretty often because one I usualy love the lift two I only do one heavy set and three most of the time I set a PR

but as a general rule I pick how much work I do by what I have been doing for the last 2-4 weeks high volume=low volume high weight=low weight

however I only change what Im doing if its not working at that point in time

weight this morning 232.5 tryen to drop some fat so I can bulk for the blast your bench program when I decide to do it

I touched rim 3 times today never touched rim before! Im fuckin happy Im gonna start working on my jump

last night tryed my max 11"- box squat

280 without a belt 1-2 second pause and I decided to stop could probably get 300 but these are verry hard!
