hopefully I will be able to pull off 500 x 3 shortly then use a sled and squats to get me to 600 over the summer

I havent made much progress latley I have been neglecting everything but benching and deadlifting
lats look smaller now and my arms dont look to huge either
but Im on a bench program now so my shoulders,chest, and triceps should blow up a bit and Im going to be working lats and biceps alot to stay balanced
In 20 weeks I will have had my training journal on here for a year I will post videos and progress pics of everything I have done that should be a noticable difference
What was your deadlift program, I dont realy know if I am suposed to do something special but my deadlift is at 140kg and I just wanna spend alot of time in the gym and you seemed to deadlift evryday for some time ago
140 was raw and the technique was shit, wanna get to about 160-170 before I re evulate, what do you think? shoud I do the program you did ?
I made that program up I needed something that would work good with my weak grip and I wanted to improve on tripels instead of singels
try this its the first program I did t0 get my squat and deadlift up I was just finnishing it when I made this thread

this program took me from a verry hard 225 squat to a 300 squat
and a verry hard 350 squat to a 400 in three weeks
of course I was new to squating and deadlifting but I think it would have worked even better if I would have gotten my body used to squating once a week first
I wouldnt recomend deadlifting like I did, it realy made me feel like shit
okay, nice, I?ll try it out abit and tweak it for tomorrow, max for squat is 110kg x3 ( 240lbs something? ) , bw is about 77 kg , you just got yourself another rival. let?s go , first to a dobule bw squat !

haha olright Im gona end up at 240 by thr end of this bench program so its gonna be a bitch to hit 480
but shit why not its a good goal
