I cant wait until I only have to do 1 heavy set two times a week these next few weeks are going to be hard pulling
I did these at home I think its slightly more of a incline than my usual but im not sure
OK! im scared shitless of hiting a plateaue on any of these lifts when im so close to the goals so next few workouts I will focus on things that will help all of those lifts

BY THE WAY! every set of 3 past 365 was a PR so I have had a PR every workout
and acording to the deadlift calculator I had a 480 max if I can do 425 x 3 much less 6
Im three weeks ahead of schedual and Im enjoying it because I know when I hit a rut I can throw in the assistance workouts from the ed coan deadlift program they look kick ass!
I will do that as soon as I get to the 2 deadlift days a week with only 1 working set that should give me some more time to heal
