I thought I’d update early because I was getting pissed with my weight not dropping that quick.

Today I was sitting there and my watch kept spinning around my wrist. Ya know the face would be on the underside of my wrist. Well I looked and I could fit my fingers all the way under the watch. The reason this is good is because when I started wearing the watch again (right before I started the diet) it was kinda tight and annoyed me.

So I might be mad with the number on the scale but I guess I am actually gaining some lean mass or holding onto some water because of the creatine…

In other words THE DIET IS WORKING!

Day 16 DOWN

more of the same today felt ok but my Biotest order came in! I tried a banana shake and its pretty good. A nice break from van and choc.

I popped a Caffeine-Free Spike at 3pm let see how I sleep!

Feel pretty good. I do think about food and what to eat on saturday but I am not going crazy anymore. It is more important for me to get lean!

Day 17

Worked all day and didn’t have time to train, will do it tomorrow. I tried a new shake:

2 scoops choc Metabolic Drive
ice
2 tblspoon natty pb.
This was the best shake I have every had! For me this is saying something!

I am looking forward to my solid meal tomorrow but I am not dying for it. I feel like I can do anything diet wise now! well except for eat broccolli!

Just a quick update. I’m going out for a steak, for my ONE solid meal for the week. When I try on a shirt that I couldn’t wear because it was too small. I told myself it was because I was just too big.

Well I was to big to FAT!

Not anymore I’m not even close to my goal and it FITS!

It isn’t tight at all!

Rigt on Bill! Wait till those veins pop out of your arms in a couple of weeks or sooner! Looks like summertime for you is also going to be a lot different and very fun with your new physique coming through! Keep pushing hard and finish the V-Diet strong! Keep up the great work!

Well it was solid meal day and we went to a restaurant and I had the best steak! Wow is all I can say. This is working because while it came with garlic mashed, I only dipped my fork in a couple of times to get the taste. They tasted great but I was able to just eat my steak and salad and really enjoy it.

I didn’t have any flax, or fish oil for the last two shakes and I didn’t have my pb.

I’m feeling really confident about this diet and beyond. I always knew I was somewhat of an emotional eater but I never realized how much of one. I’m convinced this will modify my behavior to enable me to achieve goals that have eluded me for years.

You definitely realize how tied you are to food sometimes emotionally.

Congrats! Each week is a milestone to be savored (pun).

Ok, I just realized I don’t need the cable after I borrowed a camera. I have a spot in the front of my laptop that accepts the memory card directly from the camera.

So yes I will have pics up later toady.

If you happen to shy away from the pics, understandable. Putting yourself
out there like that for the world to see is not the easiest thing.
There are many in the community that have yet to show what they got.
But highly recommended for the only reason other than to have that extra motivation of showing the world your progress.

I was just taking HOT-ROX and liked but not loved the effects. I’ve only taken Caffeine-Free Spike twice. I definitely like the two better than just HOT-ROX. I honestly don’t get really tired on this diet. I do however get winded easily while training.
The Spike doesn’t give me the huge Buzz like ephedra it’s totally different but good. Well worth trying

Good on you for posting pics! It’s going to be so fun to watch your body evolve.

What are your goals?

Sub 10% bf, closer to 6-7%.

I have always been able to gain mass easily but that was because I would gain fat also.

When I reach that bf I am going to hold for about a month and then gain some muscle back. That is without getting fat this time.
