Thanks for the welcome Nich. Obviously, the topic of addiction, which (someone) dug up- is a very touchy one for me. To say it gets me amp’d, is an understatement. Anyway, I’m done with this thread and won’t be revisiting it. Everyone else can have at it.

I dont know but there seems to be last few weeks alot more of the calling out and shit talking and outright mean-ness along with more nicey nice stuff too.

OK… time to get this thread back on track.

I started my drol this week… 50mg drol and 25mg winny oral.

I like, i like…

I am on day 5 and while the strength isnt up yet… it is hovering at a point that is good for me anyway.
I have put on 12lbs since monday. Jesus christ, this shit is fun! It has been a while since i did a good bloat-fest, swole-ness, roid-head, moon-face oral, and i am looking forward to this.

I dropped down to just under 13stone (180lbs) just before the cycle, to get my body fat down to the 11% mark. Now i am upto a watery 192lbs at the same bodyfat… i’ll say 12 for the sake of modesty. (i got upto around 14% before i trimmed it in)

But i am glad for the drol, because i am seriously bored with these long esters… week 3 and the cyp and undec esters are virtually nowhere to be seen… strength is ok… stable, like the calm before the storm almost… but after the first week where a little water went into rounding the muscle bellies out a little, there has been nothing and it is frustarting!

Still… i know that in another couple weeks i should be on my way.

I am tough on myself though. For example, i have managed to maintain a size and strength while off cycle totally, that is above where i was at the beginning of the last one. I am doing well progression wise, just fine actually.

I will be hitting 200lbs next week i suspect, but it wont count. It wont count in my mind until i hit that with minimal water assistance at least, and at best when i hit it while off cycle. At the peak i would love to be above 200lbs in this cycle.

I am slowly increasing my calories, so as to minimise fat gain, but my diet is loosening, and i a getting a comfortable 4000… next week i will be 5000 and then i will re-assess there. BDE’s ‘milk and protein protocol’ may be just the ticket here i suspect! :wink:

I think that i should be able to maintain a solid 200lbs after this cycle.

225lbs is starting to seem like not enough of a long term goal. I will compete around 200 hopefully, and we’ll see.

But physically, i am looking ‘pumped’ i am pretty fucking large in my own space, if that makes sense. My chest has responded well to the specialisation, which i am backing off now… and moving to higher volumes progressively in all bodyparts.

Joined anew gym and it is horrid. it is 10x worse than the last one, which i hated. This is the end of commercial gyms for me.

I have been looking into the best PL/BB gyms in my area, and while there are some - it would be impossible to get there regular enough without a car… so i am making do for now.

In my opinion, any time you are over 200lbs and in contest conditioning, unless you are 6’10" you have built a solid physique! lol

The drol and winny combo do you think the winny is doing its job at keeping the progest prolac under control.

Squats’n’milk’s where it’s all at, son! If you’re going for about 5,000 calories, make sure to get that 500g (making protein 40% of your calories) of protein in. Over 2.5g per lb of bodyweight will get you swole very quickly. I’ve been following it for 5 years and I’ll never look back.

Don’t forget to get a few fruits and veggies in, though. I know they’re low calories, but they’re quick to eat. Just take that banana and go to town on it like a blind dollar hooker in a men’s locker room.

I think i can get upto 220 with 12% within the next 2 cycles… which would put me at around 200 contest ready… i’d be happy at 190 though contest ready. And that is more likely too!

Plus your 15lbs is dr muscle… that 12 lbs is all bullshit man - it aint muscle, and shouldnt be considered as such IMO.

Its hard to say… there is a slight swelling (only noticeable by me and how i judge the dose of my ancillaries) but it is managed with the regular dose of letro and some nolva in the morning.

Plus i use proviron too - which all helps i guess (for estrogen at least).

I’m really looking forward to seeing how the EQ treats you. That’s the one compound I don’t see many using.

You may have already answered this, but have you been getting the EQ hunger?

Also, one more question. Do your joints feel any better from the EQ? I know it’s probably a little early to tell. However, the increased collagen synthesis from EQ is supposed to as good (or better) that Deca. I don’t remember the exact percentage increase that was documented, but it was definitely up there.

So far i cant say i notice ANYTHING from the Eq.

My joints are pretty healthy anywayto the point deca never gave me much benefit like that…

Also i have not had the Eq hunger…

Still, i am only in week 3…

I will be following the EQ report closely myself, especially the hunger factor.
