So, I am getting ready for a little cutting and thought that I might follow the something along the lines of the 5x5 routine since it seems to meake a lot of sense.
Since no 4 day split was available I thought I’d come up with my own and get some help from you guys.
Monday
FlatBench press 6/1/6/1/6
Dips 3x6
Incline Dumbell press 2x6
Seated calf raises 2x12
Standing calf raises 2x12
Tuesday
Straight legged deads 5x5
Squats 5x5
High heeled leg presses 2x7
Reverse crunches 3x15
Swiss ball crunches 3x15
Thursday
Push presses 5x5
Barbell curls 5x5
Tricep extensions 5x5
Reverse culs 2x7
Seated dumbell extensions 2x7
Friday
Wide grip pull ups 5x5
Parallel grip pulley rows 5x5
Barbell shrugs 3x6
Seated Wrist Curls 3x6
Seated Reverse grip wrist Curls 3x6
Cardio will be 20 mins after weights moderate intensity plus twice a week 1st thing in the morning HIIT(sprints)
Stats 5’9 172 12% bf. Cals will be around 1900(45/25/35 pro/carb/fat respectively) and I will only use a generic EC stack and some green tea as sups.
So? Comments? Is the volume too high, more cardio…anything
