Well gentlement (and ladies), I am looking for some feedback on a routine I am currently contemplating. I am currently looking to bulk up, though slowly as I tend to gain fat easily. I would like to train each bodypart twice weekly, but was curious if my volume is too high or if there is anything you would change. Anyway, here it is:
