hey thanks! um as far as training my brother got me into powerlifting straight away and thats what i started on. then mostly full body routines. Like Chad Waterbury programs and stuff like that.
Ive tried splits but for me they havent really worked out. but thats just me alot of my friends do them and do really well. As far as diet i just ate alot and tried to eat alot of protein. which is pretty stupid i guess but oh well haha

This is infact a great way to train and eat for someone with your beginning stats.
wow…100 pounds . I think you have the dubious distinction of having the lowest starting weight …EVER
keep at it[/quote]
I guess there was no place to go but up right?
To the OP–I don’t know why you called what you did “stupid”. I wish I had focused on those simple principles when I started, and I hope other people learn from your ways.
um i said it was stupid cause idk i could have payed attention to it more ate cleaner and not have gained as much fat. but i didnt think i gained too much. and im not neccesarily worried about seeing my abs which is one of the reasons i think i gained the weight. alot of kids stop when they cant see their abs.

Trust me, you didn’t gain any inordinate amounts of fat. It’s worked so far, no reason to stop now. You’ve gained a good chunk of weight, keep it up.
And don’t get too caught up in complex programs and such, just make sure you keep getting stronger and keep the form good.
