thanks for all the kind words!
wow, you really put on some size and weight! i wish i would have started out with a full body/power lifting style program instead of the bodybuiling split i used. my gains would be much farther than they are now. oh well, never to late to start! again, congrats on the progress you have made and keep us updated!

um i said it was stupid cause idk i could have payed attention to it more ate cleaner and not have gained as much fat. but i didnt think i gained too much. and im not neccesarily worried about seeing my abs which is one of the reasons i think i gained the weight. alot of kids stop when they cant see their abs.[/quote]
Wow you honestly think you gained fat? You look way better, and have some good definition but really I don’t see any fat, if anything you could probably eat more to gain a little quicker.
Going from 100 to 152 is great, but I was suprised to see it still take 2.5 years considering how low the starting weight was.
Maybe your being too hard on yourself.
Awesome job overall.
I’m very impressed, congratulations.

haha yeah im not saying i gained alot of fat at all i was just saying it might have been less. but idc not a big deal. yeah there was some points where i stayed at a certain weight. hitting plateus and such. not eating as much etc.
actually i went on a cut once for like 2 months dropped by waist from 29.5 to 27 but then realized im small at this weight i was 135. pretty ripped but wanted to be alot bigger. not going to cut for a while. also i wrestled my senior year so that stalled my weight gain a little as well.
