Wide grip and close grip pulldowns, incline barbell rows and occasionally I’ll throw in some nautilus pullovers. I give my entire training program in the thread titled “muscle building routine.” [/quote]
Why no dead lifts? It seem like they would fit in well with your stance on big compound movements where you can progress.
What has been your experience with pull-ups/ chin-ups. BW or weighted. ??
