There’s an 18 y/o dude at my gym who sits at around 18% BF, same maybe bigger thighs, bigger calves, better core, bigger back, better delts and lovely flowing hair. Nicest dude you’d ever meet. I think he gets his gains from heavy doses of mutual respect and humility daily.

What does his hammies have to do with my comment? He preached the benefits of doing upright rows for delts in another thread stating progressive overload was the way to go for them. Then stated he was at the 75s db. I doubt he will upright row the 200s, yes? So, how will his delts grow when he’s stuck at the 90s or whatever
Also lol @ hammies comment. Yes they were weak, are they still?
Or better yet. was i telling people how to train hammies before?
Hell, im not even telling anyone how to train any bodypart, even delts

As far as I know the thread title is ‘‘My progress pics’’ not ‘‘check out how impressive my shoulders are.’’
I didn’t understand your comments regarding the kids’ shoulders, especially since your hammies were lacking a year ago, (I hadn’t read the other thread you talked about by then).
Anyway, the point I was making was, yeah, you’re one of the few guys with the biggest, badass delts in this forum and, yeah, the kid has no impressive delts to show, but he has one part of his body that he can be proud of, just like you had last year before you improved your physique overall.
With more work and whatever technique he’s taken shine to, we’ll see even more progress next year maybe, just like you managed to bring up your hammies.
As for that other shoulder training thread, I didn’t see the disrespect and insults some people are talking about. The kid is just sticking to his guns and to whatever technique he feels works for him.
He only got defensive because some of you talked down to him. If he wants to be cocky, so be it. He’s 20, talks out of his ass, so what? Some peeps ain’t on TnNation to kiss asses and to be nice.
At least he ain’t one of those posters who think they know it all and have no picture to show how massive they look.

I mean, he looks pretty freaking thick, especially for only being 20 years old. I’m jealous[/quote]
I wouldn’t even know were to get that stuff, lol. No PED here, just insane genetics and proper training and nutrition.

Oh, and legs look awesome, back needs work. Shoulders and chest are good.
What do you do for back?
Oh, and traps too. Only cause you asked.

Wide grip and close grip pulldowns, incline barbell rows and occasionally I’ll throw in some nautilus pullovers. I give my entire training program in the thread titled “muscle building routine.”

Brilliant! People just don’t like it when you try to convince them your way might be better, especially when it comes to bodybuilding evidently.
After extensive review of your threads, pics, and style, you really are a pretty impressive cat. Your genetics are pretty fucking excellent, and the shape of your legs gives you some serious potential for the future. Hell, you already have a nasty hammie hang. Almost reminds me of a younger John Meadows, but with better lines and aesthetics. Please stick around so we can track your progress over the years. Keep up the excellent work.
Last time we saw genetics this good was Prwbarboy (Aaron Clark) and KingBeef.
(Psst, also, as a dude whose hairline is receding + graying at 24 years old, buzz that shit off man. It’s liberating and will look a hundred times better.)

I’ve had a lot of luck with dumbbell rows. In fact, I just went a full year of training that as my only horizontal pull and it did nothing but great things for strength and thickness.

Great physique, horrible hairline. If you weren’t so arrogant in your post, then I would of left out the last part. But seriously, it’s shameful to hold on to those few last wisps…Shave it!
Aside from that, more lats and maybe some more traps. Great job and impressive hams! G/L with BB and playing well with others(TNation).
