Another Year, Critique?

Hey guys, time for a reality check with the harshest judges on the web!

For reference, here’s a link to my previous progress pics from last year http://www.T-Nation.com/tmagnum/readTopic.do?id=1401281

Since then I’ve had a bulking/cutting cycle, going as heavy as 265 lbs (35lbs gain in 8 months) to the point of looking like a whale (sorry, no pics) and back to 230 in 4 months after a 2-3 month plateau at 260ish.

Currently I weigh about 230 with , I guess, 10-12% BF.

Comments, suggestions and usual bashing welcome!

Thanks schultzie, I do plan to bulk again later this year.

I renamed the thread hoping for more advice and suggestions.
Don’t be shy!

Agreed. Upper back looks like it could be better.

Otherwise, solid build, nice progress man.

Looks like you’ve packed on a solid amount of lean muscle since '06. Nice work.

Also, it looks like you lift @ home, which probably means your back gets neglected simply by lack of machinery. If you list what your working with for equipment I’m sure peeps here will list some great home exercises to target your back.

Did a good job!

Solid stuff.

awsome job, youve made great progress, i hope to see more from you next year

Good progress. Keep going and you can make even better progress this next time.

I say, delts (thickness and width), chest, and upper back as priorities. backs always look better when bigger.

This is the type of post that belongs in the RMP section. Thank you OP!

Great work! I hope to see an update again, next year. Good luck with your training…

Machinery? Really?

Deadlifts, bent over rows, chins, done.

Barbell Rows change grips week to week.
They put good meat on my lats.

Great Progress Thus Far
