I’ve never had it happen and with as much as I’ve gotten away with in my gym, I’m sure a bear style orgasm would get me kicked out.

also, it’s not often im horny WHILE lifting. after, though, it’s more intense than almost any other time.

alright men im posting my training


bench- worked up to 145x3, but it was really only 145x2. sigh. i didn’t really eat today, not as much as usual.

accessory stuff- lat pulldowns, wide and neutral grip, seated close neutral grip cable rows (the whole stack, which felt awesome when i saw the looks on the mens faces. it says 210 but i doubt it.)

aaaand, some kroc rows. 75x20 each side.

now, there’s chipotle and beer.
