Is this the swimmer I met at the arnold? The “fitness guru?” Shouldnt one be able to lift weights to tell others how to lift weights?

no, this is the 6’4", 206 lber who, when you ask why he’s so skinny, will tell you, “ive been 275 and played college ball. i dont like weighing that much.” and the same guy who will comment about a friend of mine being 206 at 5’7" and call him the “little guy,” when in reality, the "little guy"s thighs are as big as WW’s waist. and no, the solution is NOT for WW to get a thicker waist.

this is also the same guy who will spend 20hrs being offended and butthurt because i didnt invite him to come to dinner post arnold on saturday night.

a quick note before the gym- doing some foam rolling, decided to get feisty and get out the rolling pin for my calves. then i got a sense of humor and decided to attack my hip flexors. FUCKING OW!! gonna have to do this more often, and get a firmer foamroller, possibly even pvc pipe.
