so i got home a little after 6 am, and was at work by 945. won’t share details, but it was WORTH IT.
worked till 6, took a nap, and im checking up on things. work again tomorrow from 10-6, so i’ll see if i can muster some hill sprints tomorrow evening.

I spent a wonderful 8 hours eating pizza leftover from yesterday, bob evans for breakfast, telling stories with my boss, and re-arranging the pharmacy for a new system thats coming on wed. guess who was in charge of moving filing cabinets and refrigerators? haha! It was a lovely day.
then i realized i was on day 4 of working 10 days straight. good news is, friday is overtime and tuesday I get finished at 5 or earlier, instead of the usual 8, 9 or 10pm.
also, planning on going back to observation hours tomorrow morning, so this will start a 3 week run of getting up before the ass crack of dawn to go watch the nonsense of typical small town rehab. im willing to start taking bets at how long it will be before i tell them i’m a powerlifter, i know what a q-angle is, and why ankle mobility and lumbar stability are important.
god willing im in bed before 11 tonight.
Sounds like a nice day at work - I love when I get to lug heavy shit around for pay.
