I’m having a very difficult time concentrating with the photo of the figure gal in the red. I’m trying to reads posts and a few articles and I don’t think I’ve retained much.

1-leg calf raise- 65 x 5 (yes, every rep 15 second stretch)
plate see-saw- 17.5 x 18(flexion), 27(extension)
OL squat- 290 x 9, 200 x 20
Honestly thought I was going to throw up after the widowmaker. I had been feeling queasy for the past two days, so that’s probably why.
day 1A
for those keeping score at home, this is the start of week five of my current blast.
dbell bench- 80 x 5 + 3 (this was a real let-down in performance)
close-grip bench- 195 x 9 + 4
ISO pull-up- +15 x 17 sec + 7 sec
dbell row- 95 x 10
day 2A (3-19-08)
lying lateral- 17.5 x 12 + 4
wide-grip preacher curl- 70 x 7 + 3 (not happy with performance)
COC gripper- #1 x 27 sec (right hand), #1 x 23 sec (left hand)
1-leg donkey calf raise- 45 x 11 (15 sec hold at bottom of each rep. first time I ever wanted to cry while training haha)
front squat- 255 x 9
day 1B (3-22-08)
rack chin 10# x 9 + 5 + 2 + 10 sec hold
incline bench- 195 x 8 + 3 + 2
lying bbell extension- 105 x 10 + 4 + 3
rack DL- 405 x 10

Yes, thank you for noticing. I took Scott’s advice about slowly working my way up the “exertion ladder” and am quite pleased at how I’m responding to “real” RP sets.
